Brix White Rum 40% 700ml

Crafted in Surry Hills from premium Australian molasses, sourced from the cane-fields of Queensland and Northern NSW. Fresh, light, and herbaceous, it’s yours to merge with a mixer or your most cherished cocktail.

Brix White is crafted 100% in our Surry Hills Distillery. We ferment premium Queensland molasses then distil in our Australian made copper still “Molly”.

A caramel, toffee, creme brulee & banana nose with a slight licorice & fennel finish. The freshness of lime zest, honeydew melon, green apple, pear & figs all show through on the palate.
