Limwood® Sevenhill Inigo Shiraz 2019 – 4380445409393

Impressive depth of colour. Aromas of toasted nuts, coffee and spice, combined with dark fruits, juniper berry and prunes. The fruit sweetness is well-integrated, with gritty tannins and a fine, long savoury finish.

This Shiraz is sourced from nine individual blocks on the Sevenhill property. Some of these blocks were planted over 100 years ago; several were planted in the 1970’s. Each block is vinified separately. Each parcel is kept separate, until grading and blending in October 2019. A combination of 15% new French oak hogsheads and the balance in 1 to 5 year old French and American oak.
