Made by the family- owned Sacred Hill winery which started in 1986 from a small shed, Sacred Hill now have vineyards in both in Hawke’s Bay and Marlborough, New Zealand. The White Cliff Sauvignon Blanc is named after the 100-foot tall limestone cliffs that surround the original Hawke’s Bay vineyard. Early grape picking and cool fermentation temperatures in stainless steel ensure a lifted aromatic style.
This is a refreshing crisp and dry Sauvignon Blanc, the aromas and flavours are vibrant and aromatic with distinct notes that are grassy with an underlying grapefruit and tropical dimension.
